Human-Centered Leadership Accelerator

This 6-week course is for software engineering leaders or ICs who are curious about engineering management roles.

Gain confidence and respect—and deepen your connection with your work and your team—by building your human-centered leadership strategy. Learn to use human-centered communication principles to cut through the noise and focus your team on their highest priorities at any given time. Learn to use this to create vision and goals for your team, motivate your team, grow your team (in efficiency and seniority), and build relationships with stakeholders. Center Shift Leadership Lab
